Aftercare Tips For Facial Injectables
Polynucleotides & Skin Boosters Aftercare Tips
Gently cleanse the treated area using lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser to prevent irritation and reduce the risk of infection. Avoid using exfoliants, scrubs, or alcohol-based products for at least 7 days to protect your skin’s natural healing process.
Apply AfterMED Lips regularly to hydrate, soothe, and calm post-treatment skin.
For at least 48 hours post-treatment, avoid direct sunlight, saunas, hot showers, and intense exercise. Excessive heat and UV exposure can increase inflammation and delay healing. If you need to go outside, use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen to protect your skin.
Avoid applying makeup or other cosmetic products to the treated area for at least 24 hours to allow your skin to breathe and heal without interference. This minimises the risk of clogged pores, irritation, and infection.
