It can also support post-treatment skin cleansing where appropriate, in line with treatment-specific guidance and product directions.
Produced using water, salt and controlled electrolysis, AfterMED Prep contains 100–200 ppm HOCl. Its skin-compatible pH and gentle formulation make it suitable for sensitive skin and easy to incorporate into professional and at-home cleansing routines.

How to use
Apply to intact skin using sterile gauze and allow to air dry. Do not rinse.
For post-treatment use, follow the relevant AfterMED protocol and your practitioner’s advice. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and do not apply to open wounds.

Cleanse and prepare
Prepare your environment, perform hand hygiene and wear appropriate gloves. Cleanse intact skin with AfterMED Prep and allow to dry, following any required antisepsis protocol.

Perform the procedure in line with your clinical protocol.

Cleanse
Where the treatment protocol permits, gently cleanse with Prep with gauze or by spraying to control bacteria presence. Avoid open wounds and allow to air dry.

Finish
Apply AfterMED Lips or Finish where suitable, and provide written aftercare instructions.
Additional Step
At-home care
Offer the 100 ml Prep spray for continued cleansing where appropriate, with clear guidance on when and how to use it.
